HIGH SCHOOL
High school is an exciting time for students and families, as the final phase of the student’s educational experience becomes reality. The staff and administration of Hampton City Schools look forward to sharing this marvelous journey with you. Our goal is the high school experience will build on a foundation of previous preparation and culminate with a readiness for any post-secondary education or career you desire.
This booklet provides vital information about courses that are required for graduation, as well as, providing opportunities to explore a variety of career options. School counselors use Naviance as a web-based tool to monitor their students’ progress and to advise appropriately to ensure career and college readiness.
